He has been lecturing in the University of New Brunswick’s Bachelor of Business Administration degree programme since 1994. He holds both a Masters and a Ph.D in Education from the University of Minnesota. |

Mr. Carl D. Cupid Mr. Carl D. Cupid holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering (Mech.), from Concordia University (formerly SGWU), and a Diploma in Motor Insurance Claims Investigation and Adjusting. He is the recipient of an award in the 2004 Prime Minister’s Competition in Innovation and Invention, based on a technical paper entitled: Application of Collision Deformation Classification (SAE J224 Mar 80) to compute Extent of Collision Damage (ECD) for Crash-Damaged Vehicles. The paper was published in the 2002 Society of Automotive Engineers International (SAE) Journal of Passenger Cars – Mechanical Systems. He is also an Automotive Engineering Papers Reviewer for the SAE, to determine their suitability or otherwise for publication. A Visiting Verifier, Auditor and Quality Inspector for City & Guilds of London, he has performed numerous traffic accident reconstruction assignments in several English-speaking Caribbean countries and was appointed an Expert Witness in Traffic Accident Reconstruction in 2009 by the British Privy Council, and is trained in Construction and Earthmoving Machinery at the Caterpillar Tractor Company, Illinois, USA, as well as in the Amphibious Dredger at the Hitachi Training Centre in Japan. He is a former lecturer in mathematics at COSTAATT, various mechanical engineering subjects at John S Donaldson Technical Institute, and presently, Traffic Accident Reconstruction at the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute. He is the Managing Director of MICAD Enterprises Ltd., and former Director of Mechanical Services in the Ministry of Works and Transport. |

Mrs. Patrice King-Newton Mrs. Patrice King-Newton a Teacher by profession, she is the Head of Department of Modern Language and Visual and Performing Arts at the Waterloo Secondary School and Assistant Lecturer of Principles and Methods in Art and Craft at the University of the Southern Caribbean. She holds a Teachers’ Diploma from Corinth Teachers College, a Certificate in Education (Visual Arts) from the University of the West Indies and a B.Sc. Ed. from the University of the Southern Caribbean. |

She is presently a Director of the Global Centre for Advanced Training (GCAT), the Education Specialist at Global Competitive Strategies Ltd and the Manager of their Project Management Centre. She holds a BA in History and Management, a Diploma in International Relations, a Diploma in Education and an M. Phil in International Relations, from the University of the West Indies. |

Mr. Dale D. Nandlal Mr. Dale D. Nandlal is an Entomologist with the Research Division of the Ministry of Food Production, Land and Marine Affairs. He has over twenty years experience in farming, teaching and research. He is a former Lecturer at the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry. Mr. Nandlal holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture, M.Sc. in Crop Protection and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus. He also has professional training in Agrobiotechnology (Kobe University, Japan), Project Management, (Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business), and Assessment of Laboratory Competence (TTBS/American Association of Laboratory Accreditation. |

Mr. Curtis Orr Mr. Curtis Orr a Security Consultant by profession, he holds a Diploma in Security Management and a B.Sc. in Sport Science. He is a licensed Football Coach from CONCACAF and has training and certification from FIFA English F.A, Dutch F.A and the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. Mr. Orr is a former Law Enforcement Officer with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service for the past 18 years. He is also actively involved in a number of community projects and organisations. |

Dr. Arthur C. Potts Dr. Arthur C. Potts: a Fisheries and Marine Resource Management Specialist, has been employed since 2007 with the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) as Senior Research Associate, in the Advanced Centre for Coastal and Oceanic Research and Development (ACCORD) Programme. He is the holder of a B.S. degree in Marine Sciences and Biology, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures, with a graduate minor in Environmental Studies. Dr Potts has had a long and distinguished career in the public service, where he worked in Agriculture Extension, Fisheries, Aquaculture and Marine Resources Management, as well as, Public Sector Administration and Management. Over the years he served diligently on a number of boards and committees, including the Board of Governors of the Institute of Marine Affairs; the Board of Trustees of the COSTAATT; the monitoring and Advisory Committee for Inshore and Coastal Fisheries, the Monitoring and Advisory Committee for Foreign Fishing and Related Matters and the National Marine Scientific Research Sub-Committee. |

With over thirty years of experience in Management in both the Public and Private Sectors of Trinidad and Tobago, he is currently the Senior Management Consultant at Organisation and Management Dynamics. |
