As one of the four schools within the College, the School of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning provides credit and non-credit, continuing education, professional education and pre-college courses. Our year round operations and multiple modes of delivery provides the gateway to lifelong learning for those from 18 to 88. The School is committed to leading change and transformation in Trinidad and Tobago and within the Caribbean through workforce development in many disciplinary areas, encouraging persons to stay current with their workplace needs, thereby improving workplace knowledge, competence and performance.
The School of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of COSTAATT operates within a network of 4 administrative units and is supported by the other 3 academic schools of the college. The school operates through a number of academic and co-operate centers in Trinidad and Tobago and within the Caribbean region, with a focus on revenue generation for the college.
Through the School of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning, students can earn graduate with diplomas, certificates and professional relicensure. The main focus of the school is to broaden access to opportunities for professional development and open the doors of COSTAATT to a diverse range of adult students.
