At the School of Nursing, Health and Environmental Sciences our mission is to provide the forum, environment and resources for students to transform their innate desires into tangible careers. We aim to produce confident and competent individuals to support key health care policies and initiate change as pioneers in their fields.
We view research as the vehicle through which students involve their communities by active learning and behavioral change and, through our curriculum, we merge applicable technology with reported science. We encourage students and staff to participate in both the acquisition of information and contribution to topics which impact on both quality of lifestyle and delivery of health care.
