COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces students to the basic tools and skills needed to provide a consistent level of excellence in service to customers and clients in both the face-to-face and online environments. Instruction focuses on developing skills in the areas of personal, telephone, email, and social media etiquette, analysis of the communication process, solving customer problems, and developing customer loyalty through a programme of service excellence.
