This workshop seeks to enhance the skills and mindsets in customer service of the participants. The workshop goes beyond training in customer service as it aims to re-energize and motivate staff to care for their clients rather than looking at their job as just the provision of a service. The approach used in delivery of the workshop is to get the participants to understand their respective roles in the organization and to relate their functions as it influences the deliverables of their peers, subordinates and supervisors.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
