COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces participants to disaster preparedness and contingency planning. The course focuses on understanding the methods, logistics, and responsibilities of incident commanders; controlling incidents; and managing the resources needed to respond to disastrous situations within a company or community.

The course is targeted towards health, safety and environment professionals, line managers, supervisors, mid-level managers and administrative professionals.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
