This course introduces participants to the principles, practices, and techniques used in the design, development and implementation of an effective human resources/personnel management programme. It includes a discussion of employment, training, compensation, labour relations, health and safety, and legislation governing human resources management.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
