Minute Taking for Administrative Professionals
The aim of this workshop is to help persons understand their roles in a meeting as the minute taker and also to gain technical skills required for meeting preparation and effective minute taking. Focus will be placed on techniques for effective execution of meetings, listening skills, transcription shortcuts and structures and formats for use at various types of meetings.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
