Presentation Skills for Administrative Professionals
In this workshop, participants will explore the complex interactive process of communication. This includes the theory, process and practice of public speaking and listening, along with the technique of understanding an audience. Individual communication styles will be developed as a vital part of fostering leadership qualities and enhanced interpersonal competencies. Participants will engage in debate, role-playing and problem solving activities, using everyday business/social situations, while managing anxiety and ‘stage-fright’’.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
