COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course focuses on the diversification strategies for small business as a tool for sustainability during challenging times. The strategies discussed include markets, products, and services, diversification and re-formation to the existing business activities. The purpose of the course is to explore the various types of diversification, their advantages and disadvantages and how SMEs should approach it.
