Supervisory Management
This introductory course exposes the supervisor or first line managers to an historical overview of management functions, theories and concepts and provides training in basic supervisory skills required to be more effective and efficient. It gives the supervisor the information needed to manage areas such as appraisals, diversity and discipline. Prerequisite:
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
