Visual Thinking and Advertising
Visual Thinking and Advertising Concepts (VTAC) is designed for students who wish to develop a solid formation of ideas, concepts and methods for applying a sound approach to design projects in the graphic design industry. This course will provide students with a strong foundation in the fundamental aspects of the graphic designer’s art. Students will develop creativity and ideation skills, learn the elements of visual design and then apply this knowledge to a wide range of graphic design problems. Communication in all forms – visual, verbal and written – will be emphasized. This course will have a hands-on approach, integrating conceptual design studies with traditional and digital tools and production methods.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
