Desktop Publishing and Presentation
This course is designed to give Administrative Assistants and employees performing administrative functions in organisations, the skills required to prepare documents efficiently and effectively using the database software in the Microsoft Office suite. Students in the course will acquire skills and knowledge in the use and application of database software required for the efficient functioning of the office. The course covers database essentials, creating database tables, forms, reports and queries. It allows students to produce and analyse reports which can help with organisational decision making.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
