To begin the online application process, simply click “Apply Now” and carefully follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Create Your Account
First Time User
If this is your first time submitting an online application, you must firstly create an account. To do so simply click on the “First time user account creation” link. If this is not your first time submitting and you have an existing account, enter the Login ID and PIN used previously.
To create your account, simply create a Login ID and PIN. Your Log In ID must consist of up to nine (9) characters and numbers while your PIN (personal identification number) must be six (6) numbers in length. Re-enter your PIN for confirmation.
Important: Please choose a Login ID and PIN that you can easily remember should you need to return to complete your application.
Step 2: Fill-In All Relevant Information
Step 3: Print Application Confirmation Page
Lastly print the application confirmation page that appears at the end of the online application procedure.
Step 4: Submit Application Confirmation Page and Supporting Documents
Submit the application confirmation page along with all relevant supporting documents via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) weeks of completing your online application. The $25 application fee is waived for applications completed online.

DEADLINE FOR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
You must submit supporting documents within 2 weeks of submitting your online application. If you are unable to submit supporting documents within the stipulated time, you must advise us via email to email@example.com. Please note that we may not be able to process your application without required evidence.
