Fundamentals of Selling
This course examines the factors involved in effective selling of products, services or ideas; methods of conducting the sales presentation; and application of psychological and persuasive selling techniques. Emphasis will be on developing confidence and professionalism in the selling interaction and enhancing the student’s communications, listening, team participation and problem solving skills.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
