Customer Service Fundamentals
This course introduces students to the basic tools and skills needed to provide a consistent level of excellence in service to customers and clients. Instruction focuses on developing skills in the areas of personal and telephone etiquette, analysis of the communication process, solving customer problems, and developing customer loyalty through a programme of service excellence.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
