Minute Taking for Administrative Professionals
This 3-day workshop aims to equip administrative assistants, secretaries, and executive support staff with the necessary strategies and tools to become more effective at minute taking. Participants will be exposed to processes for planning a meeting, developing an agenda, linking note taking to the agenda, meeting follow-up and circulation of minutes.
This workshop is best suited to administrative staff and support personnel.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
